hi all bought some camber bolts to fit the front of my st 165, uk spec didn't get adjustable camber, but they didn't fit, to big KCA 417 so looking at the suspension and whiteline specs etc i bought the st 185 rear bolts, kca 415, as these will fit the rear of my st 165 if it comes to it! and also fits the fronts.
now these bolts are a lot smaller, in diameter than the stock bolts..is this a wise thing to do?

or

i was going to get the car on the alignment machine and see which end needed the bolts :-) if its safe to use them up front.
i believe the anti lift kit adds some camber anyhow?

TIA

Hello Betsy,

Thank you for purchasing Whiteline products.

Firstly, if you measure the diameter of the bolts that were fitted to your vehicle ( on the shank ), this will give us an indication of what parts you will need. If the diameter measures up as 15 mm, then the KCA415 is the correct camber kit for your vehicle. The same applies for the front, let us know what size were fitted for the OE bolts and we can let you know what is the correct part number that you will need.
The bolt that you say is alot smaller in diameter than the OE bolt, The KCA415, you will find the accentric cam lobe on this bolt should match the diameter of the OE bolt, the rest of the KCA415 does not matter what size it is, as it needs to be smaller to allow the pivoting adjustment, if by any chance the accentric lobe is smaller than the OE bolt, than it is the wrong part for you.

The anti-lift kit adds Caster and not Camber, so it will not help your camber issues.
