Rose joints

I have heard about "rose joints" being used on race cars and club cars. Basically I would like to know what they are and how they help ??

Hello Enchanter,

"Rose joints" is a term used for spherical bearings. These are a hardened steel bearing that allow ease of movement with minimal friction, allowing for free moving suspension components.
This provides greater control of the vehicles alignment geometry.
The down side to this is that there is an increase in noise, vibration and harshness throughout the vehicle.
