Springs for R33

Hi,
I have just purchased a pair of blade bars for my R33. The current suspension uses jap coil overs which are as hard as a rock. With the fitment of the new sway bars I want to reduce the spring rate as the bars will stop the roll instead of the springs. Ive heard 400lb on the front and 250 on the rear. Would this be right? Also are progressive springs available for coil overs?

hows the feel of the car now compared to standard.....im gettin my front and rear adj put on tomorrow. wat setup are u running?? i was told medium front and soft rear for street use and soft front and stiff rear for dori dori.
