G'day,

Let me first start by wishing you the very best for the holiday season from all of us at Whiteline. Its been a challenging year for us (and some of our customers ) as we tried to ramp up our service and delivery standards. We thank you for your patience and persistence... in spite of our best efforts sometimes to put you off :-), we know that 2004 will be quite different.

To launch us into the new year, we have made some major updates to the website and our web presence in general;

- Under "Your Car" http://www.whiteline.com.au/yourcar.htm we've added some review articles for Fast 4's magazines Project Focus and a great write up on P-Rex III. We've just started work on the ST170 Ford Focus with this article reviewing the changes experienced after fitment of a Handling Pack. You can read about it here http://www.whiteline.com.au/articles/F4_0401_Foc_1.htm.

P-Rex III, our GD series II WRX project car has just finished a shoot-out against the MRT Performance M-Power car. It was a fantastic exercise as we looked at what could be achieved through pure power upgrades vs pure suspension mods. I think the results will surprise a lot of people, so much so that Fast 4's magazine did a full story on it. You can read a copy by visiting the P-Rex III project page at http://www.whiteline.com.au/Project/P-REX-3/default.htm and you can also pull down a copy of the actual test data used.

- Our Falcon XR6 Turbo project car get's its own page and you can get a copy of a review done by Autospeed by visiting the page http://www.whiteline.com.au/Project/FalconXR6/BA_XR6.htm. We're particularly happy with the outcome so far and so was Autospeed it seems.

- Its been a bumper update in the FAQ and Tech Talk section. For those that want to read about asymmetric swaybar rate adjustment or preload, take a look at http://www.whiteline.com.au/faqswaybars.htm. There's a couple of new sections under shock absorbers titled "Piston diameter - when size IS important" and "Monotube shock absorbers - to invert or non-invert?" These are particularly relevant for anyone looking at high performance coil-overs and adjustable shocks and you can read more at http://www.whiteline.com.au/faqshocks01.htm.

Jakub, our R & D Engineer has been busy too, putting together some more of his excellent discussion papers. There are two new topics covered, one is "Effect of Anti-Squat Adjustment in Solid Axle 4 Link Rear Suspension Systems" and the other is "Effect of Link Design in Anti ? Roll Bar Assembly" . Both are available for download at http://www.whiteline.com.au/reviews03.htm.

- "Handling the Curves" is the name of our swaybar brochure and we now have a copy available for download at http://www.whiteline.com.au/swaybars.htm

Apart from all that, fitting instruction sheets have been added for KCA375 and KCA377, you can download copies by visiting http://www.whiteline.com.au/fittingsheets.htm and of course a web site update would not be complete with out some fresh funnies.

Lastly, we are very pleased to announce the launch of www.suspensionparts.info , the site for the brand new technical suspension and chassis forum to replace our current newsgroup. This forum has been created primarily for technical discussion and to promote customer education and awareness in this field. Yes, we do have a commercial section on the site but the main technical forums do not allow sales related discussion or advertising and will be strictly monitored for breaches. Anyone can join and we would very much like you to jump on and make a contribution, we know we have plenty more to learn.

Thanks again for your support and interest in 2003 and we look forward to servicing your needs in 2004.

Best regards

Jim
