Hi Jim,

Very glad to see whiteline has a forum setup..being an avid fan for many years after reading your all suspension project on the famous toyota gt turbo starlet:) , which I have own one for the past three years. Ok here is my questions:

I have previously Koni shocks(the ones adjustable of the car back and damper adjustable to the front) and some TRD lowering springs which I have recently sold. This setup is still not pretty bad but I want something more suitable for 1/4 mile racing.

I have stock suspension on my Gt now and want some expert advice on obtaining a suspension suitable for these needs:

1) Occasional 1/4 mile racing
2) I am in Barbados and roads are horrible, pot holes and pretty rocky well at least where I live.
3)My preference would be some adjustable coilovers, do your all carry these for the GT turbo starlet in Konis or any other brand.

Your suggestions will be very much appreciated
Shawn

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The suspension package that we have developed for the Starlet (works pack), using uprated springs and shocks, and front anti-lift kit amongst other things, can be used and tuned for high performance street driving, some occational circuit racing as well as drag racing, but it depends how much you want to specialize in one type of racing.

Unfortunately, we do not have a coil-over kit available for your car.

But, as you mention that you will only be doing occational drag racing, while still being a road car, I would suggest that our works pack will be fine.

Regards,
Wojtek.
